Maserati has scaled up its presence in Dubai by inaugurating a showroom with the brand’s largest car display area anywhere in the world. The new facility, opened by the Italian firm’s official importer Al Tayer Motors, is four times as big as the previous showroom, covering 3,644 square metres.
The showroom is situated in the Al Manara area on Sheikh Zayed Road. Spanning five floors with two underground levels for parking, the facility hosts a special delivery suite for Maserati owners to collect their new cars. The building also houses the Maserati sales team offices.

The biggest Maserati showroom in the world is almost half the size of a football field.
Maserati and Al Tayer Motors have ensured that the building is environmentally friendly, both in construction and operation. LED lighting all over the facility helps cut down on energy consumption. Motion-activated lights turn off during periods when an area is unused, coming on when ambient light is low or motion is detected. Insulating materials used in the HVAC grid also make sure lesser energy is utilised.
The Al Tayer Motors Maserati showroom is now open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday. On Fridays, the showroom working hours are from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
